Haunted Seminary in Donaldson/Plymouth Indiana??

Does anyone know the story of what happend in this seminary, because i hear alot of different ghost stories. One of them is that there is a guy by the name of Chris who went there when it was a school, and he got cut with barbed wire around the ankels and he bled to death because he was a hemofeliac, which means your blood is thin and it can't clot, but after he died they buried him behind the building and it is said to be haunted by him. Also ppl say you can hear noises down in the basement in this tunnel. They make it a haunted house for halloween and i have been there twice this year but i went in the basement both times, and i'm going back this coming sunday. One of the guys that works there for the haunted house said if you hear any noises in the tunnel it isn't them. Also they said there was a year book from there that said we miss you chris.(guy that died) and they say he loved to play guitar and you can here it in the wind sometimes.
