with a 100% military service connected disability pension.. the benefits offer a guaranteed VA home loan..with certain obligations that need to be met,,for example...Good Credit rating.. can a CO-signer be used or accepted..and a non military person be the co-signer..with outstanding credit and plenty of property or other collateral and a 30 year career as a police officer as his portfolio or credentials..and sells real estate too..
