ok heres the deal. I need to find out whats the best mascura!!!!! I need one that gives me lenght and no clumps!!!! And waterprooff. And I want one that does not RUN at all. Becayes when its the summer I'm out side alot. And I only want the mascura to stay on my top lashes!!!! Not onder my bottom lashes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
