Why I am Always getting Bronchitis?

I have never smoked in my life and I have only gotten a normal cold maybe 3 or 4 times. It pretty much always bronchitis or a sore throat since I was a baby this is the 3rd time in the past 12 months. Shouldn't my body know how to get rid of it by now? Give me the risks and benefits of a flu shot.
