When will the North Yorkshire DAB block come on DAB Digital Radio?

North Yorkshire has now got the 12B BBC National Stations and the 11D National Commercial Stations. When will it get the 12D North Yorkshire Block? South Yorkshire has theirs on 11C and West Yorkshire has theirs on 11B and Leeds is on 12D and Humberside is on 11B. I have been told by Yorkshire Coast Radio that it might be sometime in 2011. Then some websites have told me that the first station to come on will be the traffic news one. When will North Yorkshire finally get it's DAB Digital Radio block on 12D?
