Baby reactions to swine flu shot?

my son got the swine flu shot and 3 other more since he turned 1, he turned one on dec 12 and i took him to the doc yesterday. and after he got his shots , he's gotten awful cough that makes him wanna throw up at times, but hes still eating, and making messes lyk he does, but could this cough be a reactions?
