Getting Rid of Nighttime Pacifier?

My son is 2 and still using a pacifier at bedtime. At 1, I stopped, (cold-turkey), giving him his pacifier during the day without him giving it a second thought. Any suggestions for getting rid of the pacifier at nighttime?
