How do i know if the level of sodium, cholesterol, total carbs and total fat is too high and bad for us?

Well ,snacks are just that. if you want a healthy snack pick up a carrot and put down the whoopee pie!LOL! It is ok to have one of the above 2 times a week if you are really active. I think you can look at the above choices and know that the levels of everything is too high, to be in your diet daily. If I were going to eat one I say the biscotti, it has the lowest carbs and cholesterol... Cholesterol is tricky be careful for that, most people check calories and carbs...cholesterol goes right to the middle of us, which for women gives us that dreaded inner tube around the top of our pants. Good luck and remember it is ok to indulge once in a while just not everyday!
