Is there any flower that can do this to a person?

i was walkin through the woods the other day and i saw a rose bush of oddly colored roses so i decided i was going to pick one for my girlfriend and then i was poked by the thorn and i fainted. I woke up in a hospital but in the past couple of days i have been hearing voices in my head and i need help. I am going to go back to the doctor to have him check it out but i cant find the rose bush again so i need to identify the rose based on what happened to me.
