What does this means? do I have diabetes?

Diabetes is when you have HIGH blood sugar, your symptoms all point to LOW blood sugar, known as hypoglycemia. It's not a serious thing like diabetes is, but you have to keep your blood sugar at a normal level or else you will have these dizzy, shaking spells. So what you have to do is start eating better. Your nutrition, from what you have described, is very poor. Two hash browns and some pop tarts? Your body is lacking important nutrients that are CRITICAL for your health. So start eating better. Take a look at a food pyramid, it'll show you the things we need each day, like fruits, whole grains, vegetables, protein, yogurt, meat, etc. And never go to bed hungry or your sugar might drop so low that you might have a hypoglycemic attack while you're sleeping and not even know it. Eat better. Take a multi-vitamin every day.
