What to expect 7 months after 3-4 stokes ?

I have 2 different halves of my body .... the right half is without control, the left does have control, but always feels as tho it is tight (muscles tight) and is feels cold and hurts. I do not type fast (I use the left hand but the right is dominate). I do not think straight. I do not speak very well. I had 3 CABG in Aug 2009, and the strokes came with 1 week after that. I have Type 2 Diabetic (insulin now). I am getting better ... but how long all this last and what is expected. I go better each day. When will the left side feels normal and when will the right have control back?
