How should I wear my hair for a hot wedding?

It will be 80 and humid and I will have to have the same hair do last like 12 hours - no kidding. I have straight long brown hair, fairly fine. An updo might fall apart, but a partial updo might get stringy and I might be hot in it. If I wear flowers in my hair would they wilt?
